Je vous propose cette recette super facile et rapide qui vous rappellera votre dernier <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comptoir.fr\/voyage\/agence-voyage\/inde-IND_5_r.aspx\" rel=\"nofollow\">voyage en Inde<\/a>. Ce plat s&#8217;accompagne tr\u00e8s bien de Roti, Chapatti ou de Naan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400gr de lentilles noirs pr\u00e9cuites<\/li>\n<li>5 tomates de taille moyenne<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9pices, par ordre d&#8217;importance: clous de girofle, gingembre, muscade, cumin, poivre, coriandre, fenugrec, cannelle, curcuma, cardamone<\/li>\n<li>Poudre de piments<\/li>\n<li> Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \/ Beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale ou un wok, faire revenir l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail dans de l&#8217;huile. Y ajouter les \u00e9pices et les tomates coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s. Quand les tomates commencent \u00e0 fondre, ajouter les lentilles avec un peu du jus de cuisson.<br \/>\nPoursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 petit feu, en ajoutant de l&#8217;eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, pendant une dizaine de minutes. Terminer en ajoutant la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\nServir avec une branche de coriandre fra\u00eeche, un peu de gingembre et une noisette de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous avez fini de manger, foncez au cin\u00e9ma pour voir Kai Po Che (je n&#8217;ai pas le droit de vous dire qu&#8217;il est disponible en Torrent avec sous-titres en anglais). Un petit film sympa, loin des clich\u00e9s Bollywood et sans grands acteurs aux \u00e9go d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s (oui j&#8217;ai un probl\u00e8me avec Shah Rukh Khan and co). L&#8217;histoire se passe au Gujarat, il raconte la vie de 3 jeunes hindous qui montent leur boutique de sport et d\u00e9couvre un jeune prodige du cricket, lui musulman.<br \/>\nAttention, certaines sc\u00e8nes se passent pendant les \u00e9meutes au Gujarat en 2002, pendant lesquelles plus de 1200 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es, souvent par leurs voisins.
